Students learn how controlled movements such as effleurage, petrissage, friction, and tapotement support circulation, relaxation, and skin vitality. Understanding proper technique allows estheticians to enhance treatment effectiveness while providing a therapeutic client experience.

Technique, Safety, and Body Awareness. A strong emphasis is placed on proper hand movements, body mechanics, and client comfort. Students develop the ability to adjust pressure, rhythm, and flow based on skin condition, client needs, and treatment goals. Attention to contraindications and safety ensures massage techniques are applied responsibly and within the esthetic scope of practice.
